Hardware Returns

All hardware purchases are subject to COBB Tuning’s official Returns & Warranty Policy.

Hardware return eligibility, timelines, and conditions are governed by COBB’s policy.

Tuning & Calibration Services (Non-Refundable)

All tuning services and calibration files are non-refundable once a file has been sent.

• Once a tuning file or calibration has been delivered (email, download link, or device upload), the sale is final.

• No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for tuning services after delivery.

• Cancellation requests must be made before any tuning file is sent.

Bundles (Accessport + Tuning)

For bundled purchases that include both hardware and tuning:

• Hardware is subject to COBB’s Returns & Warranty Policy.

• Tuning services included in the bundle are non-refundable once a tuning file has been sent, even if the hardware portion is eligible for return under COBB’s policy.

• If a bundle is canceled before any tuning file is delivered, the tuning portion may be refunded at our discretion.
