What Happens After You Submit the Intake Form?

Created by CAMTuning Support, Modified on Thu, 29 Jan at 7:46 PM by CAMTuning Support

Once you submit your CAMTuning Intake Form, the tuning process officially begins. What happens next depends on the tuning option you selected.

Intake Review

We review the information you provided, including:

  • Vehicle configuration

  • Modifications

  • Fuel type

  • Intended use and goals

Accurate intake details allow us to build the correct calibration and minimize delays or unnecessary revisions.

Map Preparation (Varies by Tuning Option)

Flash-Only Tune

  • The calibration we deliver is your completed tune

  • It is built using your intake details and CAMTuning’s platform knowledge

  • A datalog may be requested for verification, but a revision cycle is not expected

Custom Tune

  • We prepare an initial calibration based on your intake details

  • This serves as a starting point for datalog-based refinement

  • Revisions are made as needed until the calibration is fully dialed in

Map Delivery & Instructions

When your calibration is ready, you will receive an email containing:

  • A download link for your map

  • Instructions for loading the map onto your Accessport

  • Logging instructions, if applicable to your tuning option

Logging & Review (If Requested)

If logging is requested:

  • Instructions will be provided step by step

  • Datalogs allow us to confirm real-world behavior and make adjustments if needed

Please do not submit logs unless requested. Unrequested logs can slow the process.

Final Notes

  • Submitting the intake form officially starts the tuning process

  • Flash-only tunes are delivered complete

  • Custom tunes are refined through datalog review

  • Communication and next steps are always provided by email
